There is no contact form, account, on-site checkout, upload, chat widget, or customer-data field on nightdesk.us. NightDesk therefore does not receive information through a submission on this website.

The WhatsApp button opens a chat with the NightDesk WhatsApp account and a generic prefilled message. The message is not sent until you choose to send it. NightDesk receives the account details, message, attachments, and other information you voluntarily share in that WhatsApp conversation outside nightdesk.us.

Square-hosted payment

After you review and accept a written scope, the pricing button can take you to a separate Square-hosted checkout for the one-time $299 setup pilot. Card entry and payment processing occur on Square, not on nightdesk.us. This link does not authorize recurring billing.

Square may process transaction, device, payment, billing, and any contact or receipt information you choose to provide. NightDesk may receive the order, payment status, transaction, and buyer details that Square makes available to the seller so it can fulfill the setup, keep business and tax records, prevent fraud, and handle refunds or disputes.

Routine website request data

NightDesk uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting subprocessors to deliver and protect this website. Routine hosting data may include an IP address, request date and time, requested URL, method and status, browser or user-agent details, device or usage information, and security or diagnostic events.

That technical data is intended only for hosting, delivery, security, abuse prevention, reliability, support, and troubleshooting—not behavioral advertising. NightDesk does not export or create a separate visitor-log store for this release. For the current technical soft launch, only Antar Bradway may access the NightDesk Sites project. Provider processing lasts for the service term and the time required afterward to complete applicable obligations, including deletion.

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

Nightdesk.us sets no analytics or advertising cookies, loads no analytics pixels, and uses no local storage, session storage, or browser database. The hosting provider may set its own protection cookie for security and abuse prevention. NightDesk does not use that cookie to create a marketing profile or track a visitor across websites. If you open the Square checkout, Square's separate cookie and privacy practices apply there.

Contact-channel boundary

The website provides one user-initiated link to the NightDesk WhatsApp account. Opening it leaves nightdesk.us and may provide WhatsApp with routine device, connection, and account information; anything you choose to send is processed through WhatsApp and received by NightDesk in that conversation.

The link contains only the business number and a generic prefilled message. Nightdesk.us does not append a visitor identifier, email address, customer record, or hidden tracking parameter, does not send the message automatically, and does not provide an active phone-dial link.

The Instagram button opens the public @nightdesk.us profile in a separate tab without visitor identifiers or campaign parameters added by nightdesk.us. Instagram may process routine account, device, connection, and activity information under its own notice.

Do not share health, financial, government-ID, payment-card, password, authentication, or other sensitive or regulated data through this general WhatsApp channel.

Use, disclosure, and sale

NightDesk does not use this website's routine request data for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not sell it. An approved hosting or security provider may process limited technical data to operate and protect the site. Square processes checkout data to provide payment services and may make transaction records available to NightDesk as the seller.

Retention, access, and security

Because nightdesk.us accepts no website submissions, it creates no form or account record to retain. Provider-side request and security logs remain subject to the OpenAI Sites terms and data-processing addendum. NightDesk will not export an additional visitor-log dataset for this release.

A completed Square payment creates transaction records in Square and NightDesk's business records. Those records may be retained as needed for setup fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, and legal obligations; Square controls retention within its service under its own notices.

No internet service can promise absolute security. NightDesk’s operating controls require least-privilege access, account recovery, incident response, backup or source recovery, log review, and a tested rollback path while the domain remains live.

Future features and changes

Forms, accounts, CRM or calendar synchronization, analytics, advertising, chat, messaging automation, on-site payments, recurring billing, uploads, authentication, or any other new data flow remain outside this release. They require a separate review, updated notice, defined purpose and retention, vendor assessment, access controls, and any required consent before activation.

This notice will be updated when the website’s actual practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The review date above will change with it.

Questions and applicable rights

Antar Bradway is the founder, public responsible operator, and owner-attested legal and tax seller name for the current individual sole-proprietor operation presented as NightDesk Business Technology. Privacy rights differ by location. A dedicated privacy inbox has not yet been tested. The public WhatsApp channel is for general inquiries, not sensitive privacy-rights requests; do not send identity documents or other sensitive identifiers through it.
