SMS program

SMS Program Terms & Conditions

NightDesk missed-call assistance is operated on behalf of participating local service businesses in South Florida—the Palm Beach, Wellington, and Miami areas. When you call a participating business and your call is not answered, an automated assistant texts you back from that business's number to find out what you need and, if you would like, book an appointment. Every conversation begins with a call you placed—this program never texts anyone who has not called first.

01

Consent

By calling a participating business whose greeting discloses that missed calls receive a text reply, you consent to receive that reply and the conversation that follows. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services—you can always simply call back during business hours instead.

02

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your conversation; a typical service request involves 3–8 messages. You will not receive recurring or scheduled messages, newsletters, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

03

The fine print

  • The assistant is automated and will say so if asked. It never asks for payment information—no card numbers, no bank details.
  • Conversations are available in English and Spanish.
  • Wireless carriers (for example AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this page.

How your information is handled is described in the NightDesk privacy and data-flow notice.
